Counselling     

It is the client’s responsibility to check with their own Extended Benefits Plan to see whether or not the Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) designation is covered. Receipts will be issued for the client to seek reimbursement.

If you are a victim of crime (e.g., sexual assault) you may access coverage under the Crime Victim Assistance Program (CVAP). If your sessions are no longer covered, the client is responsible for payment at the rates noted below.

STANDARD FEES:

Individual and couples rate:
$140.00 per 60 minute session.

$200.00 per extended EMDR session (1 hour 30 minutes).

Senior/Student/Disability rate:

$110.00 per 50-60 minute session.

Late cancellation fee (less than 24 hours notice) – $50.00 due prior to the next session.

Consulting & Clinical Supervision

Consulting, counsellor supervision (interns and new professionals), and curriculum and instructional services are provided on a contractual basis to institutions/community organizations and individual practitioners.

Fees vary depending on the nature and scope of the work.
