I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with specialties in Trauma counselling and Sex therapy. Much of my work, for the past 15+ years, has focused on sexual, physical and emotional abuse. I have also worked with accident victims, First Responders, MCFD and Correctional Services clients.

I am currently seeing adult clients (19+) who wish to work on their sexual and intimate relationships. Allow me to assist you in gaining the necessary information and insights about your sexual/intimacy problems. You will find there are strategies to help you cope more effectively, which can lead to more positive relationships and a sexual life.

I am also available as a Clinical Supervisor for new practitioners.  I have provided clinical supervision to interns, through university Master of Counselling programs, for 10+ years, as well as currently teaching Sex Therapy.

Prior to becoming a Counsellor, I was a Wellness & Sex Educator at the University of British Columbia, teaching courses and managing the student Wellness Centre, and have been a Provincial Consultant for various health promotion projects, including with Health Canada and the B.C. Ministry of Education.  With Masters’ degrees in Counselling Psychology and Education (Curriculum and Instruction), I have over 35 years of experience in the health and wellness field.
